Egypt's luxury property market was running on intuition. With over EGP 500 billion in annual transactions and new cities emerging across the North Coast, New Administrative Capital, and Greater Cairo, buyers and investors were making life-defining decisions without the data they deserved.

We built X AI Properties to close that gap — combining deep knowledge of the Egyptian market with a proprietary AI platform that processes millions of data points in real time, covering every major Egyptian compound, development, and district.

Q1 2025
AI Platform Launch
Proprietary valuation engine went live, processing 50+ data streams per property. First institutional client onboarded within 30 days of launch.
Q4 2025
EGP 50B AUA Milestone
Assets under advisory crossed EGP 50 billion. Expanded coverage to North Coast, New Administrative Capital, Alexandria, and Red Sea markets. Team grew to 40 professionals.
