8. Fees and Payment

13. Termination

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cairo, Egypt.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on our website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Severability
